Pdf files wont open from download folder






















Hi all, I'm having trouble opening files downloaded from my outlook emails with Office. Worth noting: When first downloaded to my local computer, my username has Full Control permissions with the file.

After "touching" the server, Full Control is taken away. I've tried assigning myself full control after that, and while the checkmarks do appear, I still cannot access the file This problem seems to have begun after I upgraded from Windows 8.
