This is not the first time that Spectrum users have reported issues since the fight began. I looked up the code it gave me and was told to delete and re-install the app to fix the problem. That will not delete the app. And many Spectrum subscribers reported this morning that the recommendation had fixed the issue. That should resolve any issues.

To the point where I canceled my cable TV. My setup is a 10 as the tech told me. Believe me I have done all the cookie cutter resets, delete apps, re-install fixes.
Totally frustrated. I have spent hours on the phone with them and they have reset my channels and they will be fine until around 10 minutes later! Then from Cleveland to Pittsburgh and any combo of this one missing and that one missing. Crazy stuff! The tech that came to my home said that he should have never been called out by his company and that this was the app makers fault!
