If you do too much HIIT, you will stress your nervous system and end up cranky and achy. It happens. All in all, the workouts left me feeling pleasantly exhausted. The cardio factor is high throughout the program since all the workouts are high intensity and full-body, so you feel worked out and your endorphins kick in making you feel even better.
I was wary about the high volume of more traditional moves, especially the isolated ones curls, presses, high pulls possibly stopping the nice cardiovascular momentum going from the rest of the workout.
